Satyaki Banerjee is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of VeritasTeq, a premier manufacturer and supplier of high-performance protective eyewear for medical professionals.

Prior to establishing VeritasTeq in April 2025, Satyaki served as Executive Director and Group Chief Operating Officer at Trivitron Group. In this role, he held the P&L responsibility for multiple businesses within the group and led international business operations and strategic partnerships across the United States, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, APAC, CIS, and LATAM regions. He also led transformative initiatives in medical imaging, contrast media and radiation protection verticals driving the development of next-generation healthcare technologies.

Earlier in his career, he held the position of Vice President – International Business at Panacea Biotec, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s global reach.

In addition to his corporate leadership roles, Satyaki served as a Director on the Board of Andhra Pradesh Medtech Zone (AMTZ), a Government of India public sector enterprise, during the year 2024. AMTZ is a premier national initiative aimed at promoting indigenous medical technology innovation and manufacturing.

Satyaki holds a degree in Science along with multiple postgraduate qualifications in Information Technology, Business Management, Drug Design, and Intellectual Property & Patents. His broad-based expertise spans P&L leadership, international business development, strategic growth, cross-border collaborations, innovation management and global operations.
